Hansraj Hulaschand & Co. Pvt. Ltd., the sole authorised distributor of Bajaj two-wheelers in Nepal, has launched two new electric scooters from the Chetak lineup at the NAIMA Nepal Mobility Expo 2026, expanding the brand’s presence in Nepal’s growing electric two-wheeler market.
The Bajaj Chetak C2501 is priced at Rs 2.81 lakh, while the Chetak C3503 is available at Rs 3.39 lakh. The two models bring different battery capacities, range figures and equipment levels to the Chetak family.
The Chetak C2501 is the more accessible model of the two. It gets a 2.5 kWh battery and offers a claimed IDC-certified range of 113 km on a single charge. The scooter has a claimed top speed of 60 km/h, while a full charge takes around four hours.
The Chetak C3503, meanwhile, gets a larger 3.5 kWh battery and offers a claimed IDC range of up to 153 km. It also features a digital instrument display along with connected and smart features aimed at improving everyday convenience.
The two new scooters join the Bajaj Chetak 3501, which is currently available in Nepal at Rs 3.64 lakh. The Chetak 3501 also offers a claimed 153 km IDC-certified range, with 0–80 percent charging taking around three hours.
With the C2501 and C3503, Bajaj now has multiple Chetak models covering different price points and battery capacities in Nepal’s electric scooter market.
